In Brixen im Thale, just a few minutes from the train station and in close proximity to the popular ski resorts of the Kitzbühel Alps, a unique accommodation facility for tourist use is being built. The project is scheduled for completion at the end of 2026 and will offer modern comfort in the heart of the Tyrolean mountains with its 14 high-quality apartments.

The building combines stylish living with well-designed communal areas. These include a sauna and a wellness room, which invite you to relax. There is plenty of space for sports equipment such as bicycles, skis, and other sports gear. A spacious communal room offers additional space for social gatherings. The underground car park, which is directly connected to the building, guarantees two parking spaces per apartment. There are also separate parking spaces for employees. Each apartment has its own storage room for additional storage space.
